| Job Description: | ePromptus, Inc. has an opening for the position of Software Developer (Ref# SD920JUT) to work in Southfield, MI and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Job Duties: Design, develop, implement, test, maintain, and support business and computer applications software or specialized utility programs, and enhancements of existing systems, including Oracle HCM (EBS & Cloud) applications. Involved in all phases of the software development life-cycle (SDLC), designing and developing enterprise applications and implementing and enhancing Oracle HCM applications, including delivery and release management. Responsible for various phases of implementing HRMS (human resources management system) including system study, analysis, designing, testing, and documentation. Lead Oracle HCM implementations and solutions. Design and develop outbound integrations/interfaces using HCM extracts. Work with the security team to configure SAML SSO and develop the integration for user and role creation. Work with business and HRIS (human resources information system) teams to understand the requirements. Design and develop Oracle HCM functional design documents. Work with PeopleSoft (legacy) application team to understand the current system design and come up with solution offered in Oracle cloud. Use of Oracle HRMS/HCM modules including Oracle Human Resources (HR), Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), Oracle Self Service Human Resources (SSHR), Oracle Payroll, Oracle Compensation, and Oracle Advanced Benefits modules. Travel and/or relocation required.
Requirements: This position requires a Master’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years in a related occupation including Oracle Functional Lead, Oracle Manager, or related experience. Position requires 2 years of experience with implementing Oracle HCM. 40hrs/week. |
